Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces during night shifts to uphold cleanliness standards. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces. Restock supplies like linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for the next day's operations. Use janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Follow established safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to management promptly. Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and any incidents encountered during your shift. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures related to custodial work. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is a plus. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods during shift hours.
