Room Attendant/Housekeeping

We are currently seeking highly motivated candidate for our high volume property. The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms according to Hilton Brand Standards to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for all guests. This position is physically demanding and requires continuous movement throughout the shift. Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to Hilton Brand Standards Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors Bend and clean low areas such as under beds, furniture, and bathroom fixtures Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety concerns promptly Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures Maintain assigned cleaning cart and supplies Interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members Complete assigned rooms within required time standards Physical Requirements This position requires continuous physical activity , including but not limited to: Standing and walking for the entire shift Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching Lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items weighing 25-30 pounds Performing repetitive motions throughout the workday Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to meet the physical demands of the job Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to follow brand standards and supervisor instructions Work Schedule Flexible work hours required based on hotel occupancy and operational needs Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage (based on experience) No benefits offered for this position Working Conditions Fast-paced hotel environment Exposure to cleaning chemicals and supplies Physically demanding role
