Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs. Manage janitorial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Assist with light meal preparation or cooking tasks if required to support household routines. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and reaching overhead. Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is desirable. Previous janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required. A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
