Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Execute residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality Ensure sanitation standards are met through proper use of cleaning agents and equipment Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests and inquiries Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care and carpet cleaning methods Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference every day!
