Housekeeping

Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards. Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, and clean bathrooms. Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the room. Report any maintenance issues or lost-and-found items to management. Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within shift timeframes. Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Performance Expectations:

Must be able to clean up to 16 rooms within an 8-hour workday while maintaining brand cleanliness standards. Work efficiently and stay on task to meet daily room assignment goals.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required (training provided). Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
