We're hiring an experienced, reliable cleaner who takes pride in their work and shows up every single day. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize residential homes to a consistently high standard Follow detailed checklists on every job Manage time efficiently across multiple homes per day Represent Aeroclean NWA professionally in every client's home Schedule Monday-Friday, daytime hours Consistent, stable weekly schedule Requirements 18 years or older Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Must pass a background check Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a full shift Smartphone required Strong attendance history — reliability is non-negotiable What We Offer $18.50/hr Consistent full-time hours Stable local company with room to grow
