POSITION SUMMARY

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining company offices and common areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition. This role performs housekeeping, custodial, and light support services to ensure a safe and welcoming work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all company offices, conference rooms, and common areas in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
• Empty office trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated exterior containers.
• Clean and maintain all restroom facilities in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Vacuum rugs, sweep and mop floors throughout office and facility areas.
• Restock breakroom supplies and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Dust offices, conference rooms, and common surfaces regularly.
• Prepare frozen meals and assist with setup and cleanup of daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as required.
• Order and pick up snacks and meals from local establishments for meetings, as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and understand simple instructions and short correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one or small group situations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply practical judgment to carry out written or verbal instructions and address routine tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

COMPUTER SKILLS

None required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Ramp Pass. Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Frequent exposure to facility environments, including elevated areas and airborne particles. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, hazardous substances (including toxic or caustic chemicals), and extreme temperature variations (heat and cold).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and communicate verbally.
• Frequently required to climb or maintain balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements may include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
