Job Summary To further the mission of Central by creating and maintaining clean, safe, welcoming, and ministry-ready environments throughout all church facilities. The Housekeeper serves as a vital member of the ministry team by ensuring that church members, guests, volunteers, and ministry partners experience excellence and hospitality in every area of the campus. This position requires a servant-hearted individual who understands that maintaining church facilities is an important ministry that supports our mission and vision. A ministry mindset that values service behind the scenes. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Facility Housekeeping and Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all church facilities, including worship spaces, classrooms, offices, hallways, gathering areas, ministry centers, kitchens, and common areas. Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, partitions, and floors. Vacuum carpets throughout ministry and office areas. Mop and maintain hard-surface flooring throughout the campus. Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces, windows, and entry doors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility. Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, counters, and frequently touched surfaces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of highly utilized ministry spaces (Student Center, FLC, Kitchen, Worship Center, etc) Clean and sanitize preschool toys and children's ministry equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the Campus House and other designated church properties. Monitor facility appearance and address housekeeping concerns proactively. 2. Administration of Supplies and Equipment Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and restroom products. Manage housekeeping budget Properly operate, maintain, and store custodial equipment. Report damaged equipment, facility issues, or maintenance concerns in a timely manner. Promote safe handling and storage of cleaning products and equipment. Assist in evaluating facility and housekeeping needs as the church continues to grow. 3. Ministry Support and Event Readiness Prepare facilities for weekly worship services, ministry programs, meetings, and special events. Coordinate with staff and ministry leaders to ensure rooms are clean, organized, and ready for scheduled activities. Provide support for special church events, conferences, weddings, funerals, holiday programs, and community outreach activities as assigned. Assist with room setup and resetting spaces when needed. Help create an environment that reflects Christian hospitality and excellence for members and guests. 4. Performance will be evaluated in relevant areas, including but not limited to: Facility cleanliness and appearance, time management, Initiative and problem solving, teamwork and cooperation, and support of Central's mission and ministry objectives. Pay:
