Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every corner of our hotel sparkles with cleanliness and comfort. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of hygiene. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Perform floor care duties to keep all flooring looking pristine. Manage janitorial tasks efficiently by handling waste disposal, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules and address any special requests from guests or management. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotels or similar hospitality environments preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
