Key Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Keeping the leasing office clean and orderly at all times. Cleaning/touching up models on a daily basis and performing make-readies. Cleaning fitness centers, mail centers, common areas, etc., on a daily basis. Following all safety programs implemented by Richardson Properties and according to policy. Performing any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that the property operates efficiently and economically. Walking the property and reporting any liability problems immediately. Representing the property and Richardson Properties professionally through dress and behavior.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience. Flexibility with schedule; available to work days, evenings, and weekends. Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.
