Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, polishing, and buffing to preserve the appearance of all flooring types. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution. Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment. Knowledge of floor care methods including stripping, waxing, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Prior hotel experience or background in hospitality enhances your ability to meet guest expectations efficiently. Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and custodial supplies is highly desirable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout shifts.
