Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care and efficiency Operate laundry equipment safely and maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and linens Conduct dry cleaning services when required, ensuring delicate garments are treated with appropriate methods Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold the facility's standards Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry processes to prevent accidents or damage Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning products and equipment Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
