Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a spotless environment. Perform detailed floor care using appropriate cleaning techniques for carpets, tiles, hardwoods, and other surfaces. Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and minibar supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in public areas like lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold hotel standards. Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe work environment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness standards and guest privacy. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial roles within hotels or industrial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques across various surfaces. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with hospitality operations and understanding of guest service expectations is preferred. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
