Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens or clothing items with precision. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy environment. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and window washing to enhance overall cleanliness. Manage janitorial responsibilities including restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and others. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is encouraged. Knowledge of housekeeper management practices and custodial procedures is advantageous. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments can be beneficial. Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet extractors, and sanitation supplies is essential. Demonstrated ability in laundry services and stain removal techniques. Strong background in sanitation standards and janitorial best practices.
