Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency. Follow established protocols for janitorial tasks, including waste disposal and disinfecting high-touch areas to uphold health standards. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all. Adhere to hospitality industry standards and company policies to deliver exceptional service consistently. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong floor care skills with knowledge of various cleaning techniques for different surfaces. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to handle large-scale or specialized tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
