Houseman

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Clean and sanitize guest public restrooms Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and public surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Clean and maintain parking lot of trash and debri. Take out trash to dumpster in public areas. Stock pool towels and fitness room towels. Clean elevators and stairwells. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies used in industrial cleaning. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in a hotel setting is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
