Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Services/Housekeeping professional, where your energy and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure that guest accommodations are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming by performing cleaning and custodial duties with enthusiasm and precision. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Campground housekeeping while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest cabins, restrooms, store and general areas. Provide outstanding customer service to guests Clean basic camping cabins and public areas efficiently Register guests, issue keys, make maps, keep proper record of occupied sites, make & confirm all reservations, collect payments, maintain store stock and organize store. Greet all guests in accordance with KOA standards. Refresh and replenish cabins/restrooms with amenities Pick up debris, empty trash, and clean mirrors, shelves, door frames, etc Sanitize bathrooms using appropriate chemicals and safety equipment Mop floors, clean mirrors, toilets and empty trash in bathrooms Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, being attentive, and maintaining a professional appearance Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets comfort!
