Property Cleaning/Housekeeper combined position

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Property Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Clean assigned guest rooms daily in addition to property cleaning Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including walkways, staircases and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and power washing to maintain a pristine appearance. Carry out janitorial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met. Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial or commercial cleaning environments, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repair needs, performing light repairs, and assisting with minor upkeep tasks like painting or fixture replacements. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and incident reports to ensure accountability and smooth operations. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning procedures. Prior custodial or porter experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
