Guest Room Attendant

Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless and safe flooring throughout the property. Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing as needed. Maintain public areas by tidying lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces to ensure a welcoming environment. Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for industrial cleaning procedures. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Follow all health and safety regulations related to hospitality cleaning practices to protect yourself and guests. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Experience with industrial cleaning or housekeeper management is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
