Responsibilities Perform professional residential house cleaning in client homes Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas Dust surfaces, wipe down fixtures, and sanitize high-touch areas Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and maintain surfaces using professional equipment Follow company cleaning checklists, systems, and safety standards Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high level of detail Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Report damages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment Requirements Previous residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Paid training provided for motivated, dependable candidates Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts Good time management and ability to follow directions Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the company Starting pay: $18/hour (W-2) Quick advancement to $20-$23/hour within 30-60 days based on training, performance, and reliability Part-time and full-time schedules available Opportunities for lead cleaner roles and salaried management positions as the company expands This position is ideal for individuals seeking stable employment, growth potential, and performance-based pay increases in the residential cleaning field.
