YOU MUST

Provide:

• Quality Cleaning Services/Professional, Reliable, and Experienced Crew!
• Equipment & Supplies (Commercial Grade Cleaning Tools and Cleaning Solutions)
• General Liability Insurance ($1M/Occurrence & $2M/Aggregate)

EXPECTATIONS AS OUR SERVICE PARTNER

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, retail stores, medical centers, and industrial sites
• Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
• Follow detailed cleaning protocols and schedules to meet client expectations
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning operations
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with clients and team members
