Job Description
We are seeking a motivated detail, oriented, experienced home cleaning professional to join our team! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall hygiene across residential spaces while we create the client base! Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure our clients environments are safe, inviting and spotless. While performing routine cleaning tasks you'll play a Key part and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations and grows a trusting local female owned business. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and cleaning and customer service while making a positive impact every day in our communities homes. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Conduct specialized floor care such as vacuuming and mopping Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing (as needed) Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and entryways Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning with a focus on quality service Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques for various surfaces and environments Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning with attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation for efficient handling of linens or uniforms Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
