Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating a positive guest experience.Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and presentable
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping in a hotel setting preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy levels
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus
