Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. This is a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms
- Replace linens and towels as needed
- Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries and refreshments
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and push/pull heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
