Position Summary The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest suites and public areas according to Hilton brand standards. Successful candidates will be dependable, efficient, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality through cleanliness and attention to detail. Responsibilities Clean and service guest suites according to Hilton standards Make beds and change linens Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and replenish guest room amenities Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas within guest suites Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within established productivity standards Deliver exceptional service when interacting with guests Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures Assist with pre-opening setup, deep cleaning, and preparation activities as needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an entire shift Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Must be reliable and punctual Weekend and holiday availability required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hilton travel discounts worldwide Paid training Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunity to be part of an exciting hotel opening Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Morning shifts Weekends and holidays required About Homewood Suites by Hilton
