Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing any concerns professionally Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment Support housekeeping management with inventory control and reporting on maintenance or supply needs Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning; hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Familiarity with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies safely Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments that guests and residents love.
