  • Job Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are properly cleaned and presented. A commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel environment is essential.
  • Duties
  • Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
  • Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and laundry equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
