Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times Replenish supplies such as linens, towels, and toiletries Report maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate departments Work collaboratively with nursing and facility staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness Maintain equipment and cleaning tools in good working condition Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or skilled nursing Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and flexible with scheduling Good communication and customer service skills Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Work Environment Fast-paced skilled nursing/healthcare setting Team-oriented environment with a focus on resident care and safety Position Requirements Full-time availability Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment Why Join Us?
