We specialize in the "Baseline Reset"—transforming luxury outdoor living spaces, patios, and pool decks back to a 5-star, hotel-quality standard so our clients can actually relax and enjoy their weekends. We pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail, quiet professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset.

The Role:

We are currently looking for high-quality, detail-oriented individuals to join our detailing crew on a part-time basis. This is not a landscaping, heavy-lifting, or pool-chemical job. This is high-end exterior housekeeping. Your day-to-day will involve working on some of the most beautiful estates in the Valley. Tasks include wiping down outdoor kitchens, polishing glass features, dusting cabanas, perfectly arranging patio furniture, and ensuring the outdoor sanctuary is absolutely flawless.

Who We Are Looking For:

You do not need years of professional cleaning experience to apply. We hire for character, reliability, and an eye for detail—we will teach you the rest. If you take pride in your work, enjoy making spaces look beautiful, and like working outdoors, you are the perfect fit.

Requirements:

Must know how to swim: This is a strict safety requirement, as we work around pools and water features.

No Driver's License Needed:

You will not be required to drive a company vehicle or use your own car between jobs. Our team lead will drive the crew to all estate locations.

Morning Hours Only:

This is strictly a morning job. Shifts begin early to beat the Arizona afternoon heat and to respect our clients' privacy. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high standards. Comfortability working outdoors in the beautiful (but warm) Arizona climate. A respectful, quiet, and professional demeanor while on client properties.
