Opportunity for advancement to Team Lead, Field Coach, or Customer Service Rep Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and addressing any special requests promptly Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments Uphold safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients Qualifications No cleaning service experience required. Many of our best employees have come from a retail, restaurant/hospitality or customer service background! Valid Driver's License preferred but not required for all positions Legally eligible to work in the United States Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying equipment up to 20+ lbs, standing for extended periods of time Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus but not a requirement for the position Must pass a criminal background check Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
