Overview Join Honor Bound Cleaning — a veteran-owned residential cleaning company proudly serving Prescott, Prescott Valley, and the surrounding areas! We're growing and looking for reliable, detail-driven house cleaners who take pride in their work and treat every client's home with care and respect. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, which means you set your own schedule, accept the jobs that fit your life, and earn a flat rate per completed clean. If you love creating spotless, welcoming spaces and want flexible work with a company built on discipline and standards, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to leave homes spotless and hygienic Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas efficiently and to a high standard Handle detail work such as baseboards, reachable windows, and interior surfaces Complete recurring maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans as scheduled Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and ensuring their satisfaction Follow safe cleaning practices to protect yourself, the client, and their home Manage your time effectively to complete scheduled jobs promptly while maintaining quality standards Requirements Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Reliable transportation to travel between client homes in the Prescott / Prescott Valley area, plus a smartphone for scheduling and communication Strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and a professional, friendly demeanor in clients' homes Ability to pass a background check (required before any work begins) Interior residential cleaning only — no exterior, hoarding, or biohazard work.
