Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. This role is essential in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels.
• Clean bathrooms including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors
• Dust furniture, wipe surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors as needed
• Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and paper products
• Remove trash and used items from rooms
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately
• Ensure rooms are properly staged and inspection- ready
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas

Performance Expectations:

• Clean a designated number of rooms per shift based on hotel standards
• Meet quality and cleanliness inspection standards
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Provide a positive and respectful attitude when interacting with guests and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call availability

Pay:

$11.00 per hour
