Job Description

Serenity Home Cleaning is hiring experienced, reliable house cleaners as independent contractors (1099) across the Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Paradise Valley. We are a premium residential cleaning company with flat-rate pricing and a 200% satisfaction guarantee. We bring you consistent, scheduled work and handle all client communication and booking, so you can focus on doing great work and getting paid well for it. This is not a discount cleaning gig. We hold a high standard, we pay above the typical split, and we give our best contractors a clear path to earn more. Requirements (all mandatory):
  • Minimum 1 year of professional residential house cleaning experience (homes, not janitorial or commercial)
  • Your own reliable vehicle (you drive yourself to client homes)
  • Smartphone with a data plan (for scheduling and client communication)
  • Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Your own liability insurance as a 1099 contractor (or willing to obtain it before your first job)
  • Willing and able to pass a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Available at least 3 full days per week What we offer:
  • 40% to 50% of job revenue, based on your performance tier
