Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall hygiene across various residential and commercial spaces. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance using appropriate equipment and techniques Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as required Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment Assist with janitorial responsibilities such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Qualifications Prior experience in custodial work, residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures in cleaning environments Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners effectively Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Basic familiarity with laundry processes and janitorial supplies; certifications in janitorial or custodial services are advantageous Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating pristine environments that inspire confidence and comfort!
