Scheduled days may vary based on business levels and will include weekends Weekends required Shift time approximately 8:00am - 4:00pm We provide training for our team Previous Housekeeping is preferred but not required A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities for this position will include attending and cleaning guest rooms.

Primary job responsibilities include:

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and vacuuming Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities Perform deep cleaning tasks and/or special projects Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Check overall room condition and report work orders and repairs needed to supervisor or maintenance Able to clean a specific number of rooms/suite during a normal 8 hour shift High standards of quality guest service, ability to respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Guest service and communication skills
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time
• Pushing, bending, stooping, walking, upward reaching, manual dexterity, seeing, hearing
• Basic knowledge of the English language to communicate with guests, team members and management
• Ability to accurately report information
• Ability to follow brand and hotel policies & procedures
• Be courteous and professionally at all times
• Previous experience preferred but not required
