At Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment is essential for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of all individuals. We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to uphold our rigorous standards of cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine cleaning, organizing guest and staff areas, replenishing supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and dedicated to maintaining an orderly space. Join us in fostering an environment where guests and staff feel at ease, secure, and respected.Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 7 A.M. to 3 P.M.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Restock restrooms and facility supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, kitchens, and workspaces.
- Identify and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety standards.
- Empty trash/recycling, restock consumables, and sanitize shared equipment
- Includes floor care, glass cleaning, and periodic deep cleans
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
MUST OWN
reliable transportation- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Close attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 35 lbs.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
- Must follow management assignments, policies, and procedures
- Remain free from illegal drug and alcohol use
- Must consent to a background check
