Cardinal Hospitality Management is looking for a detail-driven, dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team at The Winslow in Winslow, Arizona, and help create a clean, welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. Essential Skills & Duties:

Guest Relations Maintain a friendly, approachable presence when in guest areas Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and professionally Support a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with CHM and brand expectations Operations Excellence Clean and service guest rooms and public spaces per brand and CHM standards Perform routine tasks such as changing linens, replacing towels, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms Restock supplies and amenities to ensure rooms are ready for the next guest Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors Maintain key control and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols Support laundry operations and transport soiled linens as needed Assist with other housekeeping or cleaning tasks as assigned The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleanliness standards

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift Lift/move up to 25 pounds without assistance

Work Environment:
