Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Handle special requests and additional services as needed. Maintain a positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Willingness to undergo background checks and training. Flexible schedule, with availability for weekends and holidays.
