Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygienic environments. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor buffing, and waxing to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. Manage residential or commercial cleaning assignments according to established schedules and protocols. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly handling cleaning supplies and disinfectants. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory checks of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or hotel settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management roles is a plus, demonstrating leadership in maintaining cleanliness standards. Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive cleaning services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work that emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols is preferred.
