Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold property quality Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficiency and safety Assist with deep cleaning projects or special requests as needed to support overall hotel operations Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care equipment operation Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles to enhance guest satisfaction Experience managing custodial tasks in busy environments such as hotels or large facilities is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards in all areas of the hotel Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by creating clean, comfortable spaces that make every guest feel at home.
