Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests experience a spotless and inviting environment by performing cleaning duties across guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication will help uphold our reputation for cleanliness and comfort, making every stay memorable for our guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Perform laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces Conduct floor care activities like sweeping, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff Follow sanitation standards and safety procedures diligently to promote a healthy environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and laundry machines Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Basic understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning supplies and equipment Join us as a Housekeeper and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating welcoming spaces where guests feel at home!
