Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and friendliness. Conduct detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas using proper sanitation techniques. Manage residential cleaning schedules efficiently while adhering to safety standards and company protocols. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks for cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred. Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
