Hotel Housekeeper

Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure top cleanliness standards. Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock amenities like toiletries, beverages, and other supplies to enhance guest comfort. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets while delivering exceptional service with energy and positivity. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care—mopping, vacuuming, polishing—and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to handle custodial equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts. Familiarity with hospitality or housekeeping management practices is a plus but not required.
