JOB SUMMARY

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining hotel room cleanliness, including but not limited to making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and vacuuming.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIESSmile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in rooms, hallways, and other public areasClean guest rooms, including but not limited to stripping beds of all linens and remaking with fresh linens, cleaning the bathroom and closets, gathering and emptying trash, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture and fixtures including wall hangings, cleaning hard floor areas, and vacuumingReplenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linens, and terry in accordance with Company standardsRespond to guest requests for additional supplies and amenitiesKeep storage areas, caddies, and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidySetup carts with suppliesComplete daily shift checklists and update assignment sheet of status of roomOther duties as assigned
