Guest Room Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various custodial and hospitality tasks within our hotel, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all guest supplies are replenished and rooms are prepared for new arrivals. Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the overall appearance of the hotel. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning standards are met. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working order and report any maintenance issues. Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks throughout the day. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks.
