Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of germs and maintain health standards Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, window cleaning, and minor repairs as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and janitorial best practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and laundry machines safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests or residents courteously Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, bend, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Experience with laundry services and custodial responsibilities is advantageous A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating inviting spaces where cleanliness meets comfort!
