Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure pristine condition. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces. Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to guarantee guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms in accordance with hotel standards. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning products. Support housekeeping management with inventory control and documentation of cleaning activities. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards and practices. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
