Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is vital in upholding our standards of hospitality and cleanliness, contributing to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to clean floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is advantageous. Experience in housekeeping management is a plus for those looking to advance within the field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
