Manufacturing Production / Distribution Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities The Tooling and Unfinished Spares Attendant/Driver is responsible for the organization, tracking, inspection, and transportation of tooling and unfinished spare parts. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring materials are properly maintained, accurately documented, and delivered in a timely manner. The position requires safe operation of vehicles and equipment, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of tooling and unfinished spares storage areas.
  • Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Transport, deliver, and pick up tools and unfinished spare parts as required.
  • Inspect tools and components for defects, damage, or missing parts; report discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of tooling and unfinished spares using computer systems (Excel, Word, or equivalent).
  • Ensure proper documentation of all material movement and inventory transactions.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.

This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the El Cajon, CA location. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of safe driving practices.
  • Ability to be trained and certified in forklift operation.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (must be insurable).
  • Ability to successfully complete certification in Industrial Truck Safety (Forklift Training) in compliance with CCR Title 8, Section 3668.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally (with assistance as needed)
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
  • Working Conditions
  • Frequent operation of forklifts and company vehicles
  • Exposure to warehouse and manufacturing environments
  • May require extended periods of standing, lifting, and physical activity Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $24
  • 27/hr Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
