Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and maintaining hygiene protocols throughout the property. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as ovens, refrigerators, sinks, and bathroom fixtures. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is a plus. Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and commercial cleaning tools preferred.
